ZDR indicator

Feature Description

I'm running with CMD_ZDR=1 cmd and I'm getting no indicator whatsoever that zero-data retention mode has been enabled.

Important for my workflow

Just confirmed by trying to use a model that the ZDR mode is active.

I feel like at the very least that if set, it should be shown by /status, but it is not.

CMD_ZDR=1 cmd for sure routes to ZDR models only. Since you're running it like this, i'm not sure why an indicator is needed. it will be a noop.
